Back in the gym

First day:

Just went through gym machines, targeting as much of the body as I could. 4 sets in each machine, high reps (8-15)..

Second day:

I divided an hour into three, twenty minutes at each station.

Bench press:

  • 35 x 15 kg
  • 25 x 20 kg
  • 20 x 25 kg
  • 15 x 30 kg
  • Longer break
  • 12 x 35 kg
  • 8 x 40 kg
  • 5 x 45 kg
  • 4 x 50 kg

Writing the list I assumed the bar was 15 kg, but after asking some squatting ladies got informed that it weighs 20 kg, so add 5 kg to the weights above for the correct values.

Deadlifts

  • 25 x 40 kg
  • 25 x 40 kg
  • 15 x 60 kg
  • 12 x 60 kg

Squats

  • 25 x 20 kg
  • 15 x 30 kg
  • 15 x 40 kg
  • 12 x 50 kg

Extra: plate lift with arms from straight vertical forward extension upwards above head

  • 2 x 10 kg
  • 2 x 10 kg

These were while returning plates from the squat stand. Then I decided it was a great exercise for improving posture and went to do the following in front of the mirror:

  • 12 x 10 kg
  • 10 x 10 kg

Clocking in at exactly one hour, with time

Then shower+sauna+shower and this drink as the reward

Water with one tablespoon hemp protein powder + some cacao powder for good taste.
