Snowy Jog / Run and Green Brunch

Today I went out jogging but came back running.

I measured the path approximately when I came back:

It seems I lasted for about 3 km. Now I have a track I can run with a timer.

The area have plenty of fun trails, tracks and roads with slopes.

The forest is also full of fallen trees from some windy days a week or so ago.

I am fascinated by how easily the trees fall. The reason must be that the tree roots have only a thin organic layer before reaching solid rock. Here are closeups of the uprooted trees.

The run felt fantastic. Thanks to the high pace I was so warm that even though its below the freezing point I could take of all clothes and stretch outdoors. After the body cooled down enough showered in cold water for about a minute or two. Now I feel super-fresh and will fully enjoy this appetizing green brunch I prepared before going out.

The blend is cashew, mandarin, spinach and rocket (or rucola) with water. The bowl has soy yogurt, water-soaked chia and flax seeds, the last scrapes of the blend (the blender I use is not very efficient), kiwi and some rocket and spinach leaves. The Scandinavian hard breads have banana, zucchini, rocket and spinach.
